4 years ago, H2O has decided to make an annual donation
for a charity purpose at Christmas.
In the year 2003 we donated for the German Children Cancer Foundation
The donation for Christmas 2004 was received by
2005 we helped the Children’s Village
And last year we supported
We are happy to report that our donations have reached their destination. The supported centre for young people and children in Brazil has been completed by the Plan foundation!
The centre has been built up in one of the poorest areas of Brazil, in the
city of Cabo. 85% of the families living there with several children have to
live with only USD 130 a month.
The aim of the project is to give perspectives to these children, to keep them
off the streets, make them more independent and give them self-confidence.
This is the reason why the teenagers have also been involved in the building,
the planning, the preparation of the inauguration and the organisation of workshops
and activities.
Lots of activities are already provided:

classes
Workshops about: Meeting
point
family planning
help for abused people
information about HIV and drugs danger
Informative meetings about Advanced
training
children rights
family care
equal treatment of all ethnic groups
Preliminary classes for university
This is already a success! Lots of people attend the classes and the centre
is highly esteemed. More and more people are getting involved in the centre,
attend workshops and courses.
We are very happy that our donation reached its goal and wish the centre all
the best for the future.
