The vacuum distillation unit VACUDEST® can treat many kinds of process water like cooling lubricants, washing and rinsing water, die-casting emulsions automatically and at reasonable cost. The principle is both simple and eco-friendly. The industrial waste water evaporates in vacuum and the resulting condensation feeds all energy back into the system.

H2O´s latest development is the ClearCat®, which provides you with an even higher quality of clear distillate, which is crystal clear, oil free and does not contain salts or heavy metals.

As the waste water evaporator VACUDEST® gives a very high quality of distillate, it is then possible to rout the distillate back into the production cycle and reuse it. In that case you don’t need specific authorization for the draining into the sewage system and can also save fresh water. The VACUDEST® has a range of performance from 20 litres per hour up to 2.400 litres per hour.
